Quality & testing
Every batch tested, every certificate published
This page holds all the technical detail in one place: how we test, how to look up a batch, and the full specification for every product we sell.
Look up a batch number
26 batches published. No account needed.

What happens before it ships
Purity is measured
Each batch is run by HPLC to confirm how much of it is the compound you ordered, and how much is anything else.
Identity is confirmed
Mass spectrometry checks the measured mass against the expected mass, so a clean result cannot be the wrong molecule.
Stability is protected
Released material is held at −20 °C and ships in insulated packaging with a cold pack.
The certificate is published
Results go online against the batch number before the order leaves us. No need to ask for them.
Where it is kept
Inside the facility
Separate temperature zones, a dedicated analytical bench and a barcode-tracked chemical library. Stock is logged in and out against its batch number, so what ships is always the batch on the certificate.

Cryogenic bay
Liquid nitrogen dewars, laminar flow cabinet and segregated flammables storage.

Analytical bench
HPLC and mass spectrometry, where every batch is tested before release.

Chemical library
Mobile racking holding referenced stock, each box logged to its batch.

Handling
Getting the most out of your material
A short version of the advice we give most often. The full guide is on our handling & storage page.
Let it warm up first
Open a vial only once it has reached room temperature, or moisture condenses onto the contents.
Store it cold and dark
−20 °C, sealed, away from light. Most products keep for 24 to 36 months that way.
Don't freeze and thaw repeatedly
Split into single-use amounts the first time you make it up. This causes more loss than anything else.
A near-empty vial is normal
A few milligrams forms a film that is genuinely hard to see. Tap the vial down before you start.
