These are set without consent because the site cannot function without them, as PECR permits. In this build they are browser local storage entries rather than cookies.

- celsius-cookie-choice — records the choice you made on the cookie banner, so we do not ask again. Persists for 12 months.
2. Analytics
We would like to understand which parts of the catalogue are used and where people get stuck. Analytics storage is set only if you press Accept all, and never before. Choosing Essential only means none is set — the two buttons carry equal weight and equal ease, as they are required to.
No analytics provider is currently connected, so accepting sets nothing.
3. How to change your mind
Clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit, letting you make a fresh choice. You can also block or delete storage entirely through your browser settings, though the basket will stop working if you do.
