1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at a weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.
2. Packing and cold chain
Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, but we do not rely on that. Consignments travel in an insulated pouch with a conditioned phase-change pack, inside a rigid outer carton, with each vial in a foam-well insert.
The packing note lists the lot number for every line so you can reconcile against the certificates before the vials go into the freezer.
3. Cost and timescales
- UK tracked, 1 to 2 working days — £4.95, and free on orders over £100.
- Ireland and EU tracked courier, 2 to 4 working days — quoted at checkout by destination.
- Rest of world tracked courier, 3 to 7 working days — quoted at checkout by destination.
4. International orders
You are the importer of record. Duties and import taxes are your responsibility, as is confirming that the material may lawfully be imported into the destination country. Requirements differ significantly between jurisdictions and we are not able to advise on them. Consignments refused or seized at the border are not refunded.
5. Cancellation
Where you deal as a consumer you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Tell us at support@celsiuspeptides.org, quoting your order reference, and we will issue a returns authorisation.
Goods must come back unopened with the vial seal intact. Sealed goods that have been unsealed cannot be accepted where they are not suitable for return for health protection reasons, and temperature-sensitive material whose cold chain has been broken cannot be resold and so cannot be accepted. These exclusions are permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and do not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
6. Faulty, damaged or out-of-specification goods
If a vial arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it.
If material does not meet the specification on its certificate of analysis, we will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and we will investigate the lot. Send us your analytical data and the lot number. We would rather know — a lot that has drifted matters more to us than a single order does.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the goods, or of your evidencing return where that is sooner. Original delivery charges are refunded on a full cancellation but not where only part of an order is returned.
